Programmes

One on one 

For athletes serious about improvement and seeking personalised mentoring.

Clients can register for one on one personalised training programme with a sports coach at the centre.

Note: for athletes outside of the area, one on one can be delivered through a mixture of physical visits and online coaching.

Our Performance Wellbeing Nutrition Programme teaches you how to optimize your current nourishment regime so you can apply the best practice strategies which support your production of fuel, boost your energy and keep you comfortable during all phases of training and competition.

Our performance nutritionists collaborate with your performance support team to customise and periodise your nutrition so your specific individual and sporting needs are fully met.


Xalt Academies

Code specific two-day intensive for those training for code based events

At regular intervals Xalt runs a 2 day Academy for those wishing to improve their performance in a particular code. These Academies are two day intensives where a group of athletes training for the same code are introduced to the 10 steps to sports performance wellbeing, apply the concepts to their training and set their improvement goals for an up-coming event.  All participants leave with access to the training app and a programme with an online coach for 12 months.

Package includes 2 day workshop, accommodation and on-going coaching programme with coach and the app.


Virtual Programmes

Xalt also delivers programmes completely off site, designed to encourage all people (anywhere in the world) to get more from their bodies by successfully training for a sports event.  The Xalt 110% Sports Performance Wellbeing Programmes are designed to empower any person – at a range of fitness levels - to be able to progress through long term athlete development with confidence.


Event Ready Bodies

Event Ready Bodies is the first in the world system of achievement for preparing your body for a sports event.

Event Ready Bodies is an online programme, with a six month minimal commitment, with everything you need to train for a sports event. Programmes are delivered with online supported coaching and annual training plans on the Event Ready Bodies App where each participant can manage and monitor their training as they learn to apply best practice methodologies.

ERB Ignite
This programme introduces the seven step journey to completing a sports event. Effective planning, performance insights, best practice methodologies ensure each participant builds a training pathway which is both specific to the individual and specific to the sport event.
